This is an exciting new opportunity to join a successful business in a brand new roles as a Customer Service Coordinator. This position offers the chance to play a key role in the company's continued growth and success while working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Handling internal and external customer requests professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Prepare quotations, including pricing and commercial decisions.
  • Process sales orders, track order progress, manage promotions, respond to enquiries.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and web-based systems to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.
  • Maintain flexibility and a team-oriented approach while embracing change.

Essential:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Proven experience in customer service, including handling enquiries, quotations, managing order processes, and coordinating shipments.
  • Skilled in liaising between customers and internal teams to deliver effective service for new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • IT Proficient, including Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Hours:

  • 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 13:30 on Friday.
