The role we are recruiting for is an Production Operative in a factory environment, working for a ventilating equipment manufacturer.

  • Working with metal and building units.
  • You will have to build and assemble dampers, outer casting and blades.
  • You will use machinery and hand tools to do this. This includes drills, hammers, and riveters.

Can you demonstrate the following qualities…

  • Must come from a factory, production or manufacturing environment.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

Desirable

  • Experience in using hand tools.
  • Experience measuring items.
  • An engineering mindset or experience.
  • Personal drive to improve self-skills and team performance.
