Our client, a rapidly growing avionics specialist and leading designer and manufacturer of cutting-edge electronic hardware, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Quality Manager to join their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with regulatory approvals and certifications.
  • Manage the Environmental Management System to ensure adherence to ISO 14001:2015 standards.
  • Act as the primary quality liaison for customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
  • Plan, execute, and report on internal and external audits—focusing on supplier assessments and corrective actions.
  • Oversee incident investigations and implement effective, long-lasting solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Chair management reviews and multi-stakeholder design reviews to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working within a design and manufacturing environment, ideally within aviation or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, AS9100 would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to a varied audience.
  • Proactive and confident, you’ll take ownership of the role, driving improvements across the business.
