Electroplater

East Kent

c. £12 p/h + Shift allowance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electroplater and Metal Finisher to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards in plating and finishing processes while ensuring compliance with all company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed documentation to perform plating and finishing tasks according to company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to company processes, including health and safety protocols, manufacturing procedures, and quality control guidelines.
  • Execute correct jigging methods and handle chemicals safely within the Plating department.
  • Maintain accurate records of product quality and production processes.
  • Use quality monitoring equipment to measure plating thickness and perform visual inspections.
  • Follow the production plan and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support other duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of plating and metal finishing techniques.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work in compliance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Experience with quality monitoring equipment is preferred.
  • A proactive, flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.
