  • The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and involves site work 3 days a week, with one day at the head office in Victoria, London, and the option to work from home for the remaining day.

Our client are a small residential developer who have an immediate requirement for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on a multi phased project on the north coast of Kent.
 
Reporting directly into a Commercial Director, the role will be site based 3 days a week, a requirement to go to the head office in Victoria, London one day a week with the opportunity to work from home the remaining day.
 
Moving into a second phase, the role will involve, managing an Assistant, sub contract procurement, pricing of variations, valuation and general sub contract administration.  You will also work in conjunction with a materials buyer 
 
This site runs for a number of years, so this could represent a long term opportunity.  
 
Rate to be agreed, they would most definitely look at Temp to Perm.
