- Our client, a small residential developer, is seeking a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a multi-phased project on the north coast of Kent.
- The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and involves site work 3 days a week, with one day at the head office in Victoria, London, and the option to work from home for the remaining day.
- Key responsibilities include managing an Assistant, sub-contract procurement, pricing variations, valuation, and general sub-contract administration.

Reporting directly into a Commercial Director, the role will be site based 3 days a week, a requirement to go to the head office in Victoria, London one day a week with the opportunity to work from home the remaining day.
