- Sales Progression:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to property viewings and negotiations. You'll guide buyers and sellers through their journey, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction every time.
- Customer Service Excellence:Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and regular communication to both buyers and vendors. Deliver exceptional service, reinforcing the agency’s reputation as Whitstable’s go-to property expert.
- Market Knowledge:Develop an in-depth understanding of the local property market. Keep up to date with the latest trends, valuations, and property values to provide informed advice to clients.
- Lead Generation:Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and following up on enquiries. Work closely with the team to identify potential new clients and grow the agency's presence in the local market.
- Negotiation:Negotiate offers effectively between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties. Your strong communication skills and professionalism will be key in securing deals.
- Diary Management:Arrange and conduct property viewings, working closely with clients to manage their expectations and schedules. Ensure that properties are presented at their best and that all viewings are conducted professionally.
- Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing role
- A strong passion for the property industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the local area is a plus
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- OTE: Up to £35,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, with Saturdays on a rota
