RESIDENTIAL SALES VALUER / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Whitstable
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time

If this sounds like you and you are based within reach of the Whitstable (Northeast Kent) area, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Valuer / Lister / Property Consultant with a premium local estate agency.
If you are currently an experienced SALES NEGOTIATOR with listing and valuation experience, ready to take the next step in your property career, then this could be your opportunity!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry, a great personal and successful track record within the industry and the ability to win instructions.
You will be assisting in ensuring the branch is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.
The Company: Our client is a leading independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and local offices in the Whitstable area
Skills required for this Valuer / Lister / Property Consultant (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Whitstable area is preferred
