Fostering Senior Practitioner - Therapeutic IFA
salary up to 42,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with a small Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the Kent area, in order to help them find a Fostering Senior Practitioner who can join them on a permanent basis.
They are a therapeutic fostering agency and they provide ongoing therapeutic training, so you can develop your skills with them.
Responsibilities:
The Fostering Senior Practitioner will oversee a small caseload of foster families and will also be providing support to some of the less experienced Supervising Social Workers in the team.
The role is based at their office in Ramsgate.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
