My client, an engineering company based in the Redditch area, is looking to recruit a Powder Coat Operato on a Temp to Perm basis.
As a specialist Automated Painting Facility, they are ideally looking for someone who is coming from a similar background in any of the following, Powder Coating, Cathodic Electro Painting, Zinc Rich Coating, Dip Spin, and Phosphate and Oil Coatings.
The main responsibilities of the role include
- Work as part of the Production Team ensuring Production Targets are met
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Sthe production process as it moves through different stages
- Monitor stock and Raw Materials as required
The main requirements for the role include
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally have previous working knowledge of Metal finishing process
- Strong team Player
Good Communication skills
This positions is Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) with an 11am finish on Fridays
There will be overtime available during the week
