About the Role:

Are you a motivated and KPI-driven leader with a passion for the food sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Redditch. As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of 12-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations and high performance during the afternoon and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 12-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and drive team performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Handle team scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
Address and resolve any operational issues or staff concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food sector.
Strong understanding of KPI management and the ability to drive team performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Flexibility to work the designated hours (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday).
