Experience working on Commercial Vehicles is an advantage
Looking for 4 years experience MIG Welding/fabricating to a high standard (heavy up to 20mm gauge)
Accurately work from and interpret detailed drawings
Ideally have experience in; plasma cutting, oxy acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations.
Vast experience with hand tools (grinders & drills)
The ability to work on their own initiative, problem solve and work well under pressure
Able to adhere to PPE standards
Maintain a safe working environment, always keeping areas clear of debris and hazards and ensuring housekeeping standards are at an acceptable level, recognising potential/actual hazards and taking corrective actions to minimize accidents.
The hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00 (overtime is available too), 13/hour to 16/hour depending upon experience.
This position is a Permanent Contract and will be offered after successful interview and weld test.
