Job: Estate Agent Lister & Valuer

Salary: £23k - £25k + Comms (OTE £35k - £45K)

Hours: 8:45am - 6:00pm

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an ambitious Property Valuer/Lister to join a leading independent estate agency. Our client is a prominent name in the local property market, and due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic professional to cover the Peterborough area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generating and developing valuation leads to secure property listings.

· Conducting property valuations and market appraisals.

· Building relationships with clients to convert valuations into sales listings.

· Actively canvassing the local area through door knocking, leaflet drops, and marketing initiatives.

· Maintaining exceptional customer service and professional communication with clients.

· Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.

Skills and Experience:

· Minimum of 1 year of estate agency experience is preferred.

· Strong drive to win new business and secure repeat property listings.

· Confidence and professionalism in all client interactions.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and meet targets.

· Ability to work independently, while also being part of a team.

· Full UK driving licence and car required.

Benefits:

· Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Additional Pay: Commission, performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses

· Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability (day off in lieu during the week)
