Residential Lettings Property Manager

Salary: £25,(Apply online only).00-£30,(Apply online only).00 per year

We're excited to present a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established, independent estate and lettings agency. Our client, a highly regarded company, is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the efficient management of their residential lettings portfolio and deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading a Lettings Administrator, coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and compliance.

· Overseeing property check-outs and resolving any disputes regarding property damages or dilapidations.

· Handling AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) renewals and negotiating terms with tenants when required.

· Managing the collection of rent payments and ensuring accurate financial reporting to landlords.

· Administering the registration and de-registration of tenant deposits in line with legal requirements.

· Completing comprehensive property inventories and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.

· Conducting annual rent reviews to align rental rates with the current market conditions.

· Managing rent guarantee policies, including renewals and claims handling.

· Assisting with tenant viewing inquiries and supporting other property management tasks as necessary.

Skills & Experience Needed:

· Proven experience in lettings administration or property management.

· Solid understanding of the legal frameworks that govern the lettings industry.

· A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to manage deadlines effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
