We've exclusively partnered with a school in the LE67 area who are looking to appoint 3 permanent TA's to start either immediately or from January 2025. The school is rated "Good" by OFSTED.

These roles will be on a 12 week temp to perm, meaning you'll be on a contract with the school before the Easter break!

Trials are being held over the next 2 weeks for all 3 roles, details below:

  1. Behaviour Mentor - supporting a young boy with very challenging behaviour, SEMH & violence. Floating from both the Hub & Classroom however, you must stick with this pupil at all times. Experience dealing with tough behaviour is a must.
  2. ASD TA - supporting a pupil 1-1 with Autism and Speech issues. They struggle to focus so having that experience supporting in a classroom with a Complex need’s pupil is a must.
  3. Floating KS2 SEND TA - Supporting over KS2, you'll join the SEND team supporting with a range of students with SEND & Challenging Behaviour. This will be a varied role, but you will be moving around the school, helping in the classroom & supporting stundents who need 1:1 support.

If you're interested in any of the above roles, please get in touch. The next steps will be a video interview with myself & then a trial at the school and the opportunity to sit down with the Head Teacher & SENDCO.
