The successful Fire Risk Assessor will receive:

As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:
- Conducting Type 1 and 3 risk assessments on low- and mid-rise buildings for a Social Housing Contractor.
- Liaising with client to manage their own schedule.
- Inputting data into the database ready for internal and external audits.
The Fire Risk Assessor must have:
- 5 years experience in the fire industry
- Experience working in social housing industry is desirable
- Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety
- Experience conducting Type 1 and Type 3 risk assessments
