Contracts Manager Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fulfilment of the organisation's contract requirements. The Contracts Manager must have proven experience in a role previously or similar, and HVAC knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:
- Ensuring that the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel is kept as the top priority and that all jobs are completed in line with H&S requirements.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity within onsite teams.
- Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all activities
- Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including customers, colleagues, the public, suppliers, and senior management teams
- Taking responsibility for the entire contract, personnel working on that contract and the delivery of the services provided.
Skills Required for the Contracts Manager:
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager position or similar
- HVAC knowledge and experience
- A methodical and rigorous approach to achieving tasks and objectives
- IT literate
