We are working with our client to recruit an experienced HR Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to support employee relations, recruitment and HR compliance within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, casework, and contract issuance.
- Maintain secure personnel records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Monitor absence, probation, and performance management
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, and TUPE processes.
- Provide HR guidance on employment terms, payroll, and pensions.
- Liaise with external agencies and ensure legal compliance.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and updates.
- Support staff development, training needs, and performance tracking.
What we are looking for:
- Passion for Employee Relations and all things HR
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; CIPD qualification preferred.
- Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.
- Experience within an educational environment would be an advantage but not essential
