We are working with our client to recruit an experienced HR Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to support employee relations, recruitment and HR compliance within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, casework, and contract issuance.
  • Maintain secure personnel records and ensure HR policy compliance.
  • Monitor absence, probation, and performance management
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, and TUPE processes.
  • Provide HR guidance on employment terms, payroll, and pensions.
  • Liaise with external agencies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and updates.
  • Support staff development, training needs, and performance tracking.

What we are looking for:

  • Passion for Employee Relations and all things HR
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.
  • Experience within an educational environment would be an advantage but not essential
