Location: Surrey

Your Working Hours will Be:
Monday to Friday
Rotating 4-week schedule:
06:00 - 14:00 (Weeks 1-4)
14:00 - 22:00 (Weeks 5-8)
Enjoy variety in your schedule, with weekends off!

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Are you a driven leader with a passion for managing inventory? Join our clients dynamic team in Surrey as an Inventory Shift Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee stock control processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a team to support smooth warehouse operations. As a Inventory Shift Manager your day to day duties may include:

  • Oversee and optimize stock control processes to maintain seamless inventory operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely stock availability, preventing supply chain disruptions.
  • Analyze demand patterns to strategically manage stock levels.
  • Manage the Bonded Goods in Transit process from PW to GGH and back.
  • Train and mentor team members on stock management procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies, ensuring efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as an Inventory Shift Manager or similar – Essential#
  • Strong leadership and team management skills -  Essential
  • Experience with SKU profiling and bonded goods processes - Preferred
  • Familiarity with stock management software - Preferred
