Job Description: Project Manager
Sector : High street, Department Stores, Hotels, Fast Food Stores
Location: Hybrid Role-Location of works are predominately South East, South West and London
Salary & Package
£65,000 - £70,000
Car Allowance or Company Car
Fuel Card OR Mileage
Accommodation when working away
Food Allowance
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects for Food retail and hotel projects
- Overseeing bidding processes.
- Full accountability for project management.
- Conducting weekly project review calls.
- Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors (QS).
- Ensuring that everyone is performingÂ
- Managing two- four projects simultaneously (depending on value)
Requirements:
- Experience in fast-track and high-end projects.
- Strong client-facing skills are essential.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience working on cut & carve projects
- Experience working on restaurants and hotels
- 4+ years experience at Project Manager level
- Happy to work in the South West, South East and London region
