Farrans are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our Camster Windfarm project. The role will see you being based onsite, with support provided from the wider Farrans Administrator network. Working up to 32 hours per week on a 3-6 month FTC basis

  • Ability to organise your workload, filing methods and work in a clear and logical manner, following process and procedure
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality and work on your own initiative whilst working in a team environment
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn new experiences and skills
  • Be a supportive part of a hard-working team
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Confidence to ask questions to seek and clarify information

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
  • Capable of working on own initiative whilst working in a team environment.
  • Confident in asking questions, seeking and clarifying information and have an enthusiasm to learn new experiences and be supportive of and part of a hard-working team.
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Able to prioritise, multi-task and an understanding of deadlines and working to achieve these.
  • An excellent professional demeanour.
