Job PurposeAs Audit Senior, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met
- Lead audits from planning to completion, including fieldwork and final reporting
- Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Support the firm on ad-hoc projects, including due diligence and business advisory tasks

The Successful CandidateTo excel in this role, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified, or a finalist, with relevant audit experience in UK practice
- Possess strong technical knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills
- Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior staff
- Be confident in managing a varied workload and meeting deadlines
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
