Are you looking for a part time Accounts role? If so this might be the opportunity for you.I'm working with a great business based in Wickford looking for a part time Accounts Assistant. Ideally the role would be 9.30-2.30pm but could be flexibiity around this.Key responsibilities will include:
  • Running of daily invoices & monthly statements
  • Taking customer telephone calls and solving queries such as missing invoices & payment queries
  • Taking and processing customer payments, inputting receipts onto customer accounts  
  • All aspects of credit control including chasing overdue payments by telephone, documenting accurate information on agreements and re-payment schedules
  • Raising credit notes
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing staff expenses and credit cards
  • Processing and reconciling petty cash expenditures
  • Providing general all-round support in all areas of accounts administration
Knowledge & Skills will include:
  • Previous accounts administration experience preferred
  • Speaking over the telephone & making calls to provide a high level of customer support
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a varied and challenging role
