Operations Administrator•    Annual Salary: £22,880 - £25,000•    Job Type: Full-time•    Schedule: Monday to Friday

I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join my client based near Wickford. In this role, you will provide essential support to the operations department, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. Your ability to manage data entry and clerical duties will contribute significantly to the smooth running of operations. Due to location of this role, you must have a full driving licence with access to your own car. Day-to-day of the role:•    Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of the operations department.•    Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication.•    Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.•    Organise files and documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.•    Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.•    Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the Asbestos Industry, with a minimum of 2 years.•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.•    Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.•    A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
