Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Wickford
Remuneration: Up to 60,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Details: Full-Time Position (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with our client's business goals.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to produce engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
- Implement effective strategies to support the sales team in generating leads and enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media management to ensure high performance and consistent delivery.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and design across all channels.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for smooth marketing material delivery.
Skills Required for the Role:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
