Job Overview:
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by providing administrative support, assisting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to drive sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Following up on quotations, and managing customer inquiries.

Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases, and reports.

Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing after-sales assistance.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you'll need:

Previous experience in a sales support or sales role (preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
