We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter Team Leader- Late shiftto join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of CNC operators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:? Set and operate CNC machines (lathes/mills/etc.) to meet production requirements
? Lead and support a team of CNC operators, providing training and guidance
? Monitor and improve production efficiency and quality control
? Troubleshoot machine issues and liaise with maintenance when necessary
? Ensure adherence to health & safety and company policies
? Work closely with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes
?? Proven experience as a CNC Setter (Team Leader or Supervisor experience preferred)
?? Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
?? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
?? Leadership and problem-solving skills
?? Understanding of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
