We are seeking a skilled LatheCNC Programmer- Night shift to join our team on the night shift. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components, ensuring efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:? Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using [Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens/Mazak] controls? Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathes/Milling/Grinding, etc.)? Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications? Perform first-off inspections and make necessary adjustments? Troubleshoot programming and machining issues? Ensure production targets and quality standards are met? Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:?? Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Night shift experience preferred)?? Strong knowledge of [specific machines & controls]?? Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools?? Problem-solving skills and attention to detail?? Understanding of health & safety procedures in manufacturing
