A leading construction business are expanding their team and looking for a Design Coordinator who will work on a range of different projects within the Commercial, Retail, Residential and Education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing standard details and specifications for each project
- Supporting with the design process from tender through to completion
- Documentation control and ensuring all designs are compliant
- A background in architecture or architectural technology would be a bonus
- Coordinating and preparing designs for submittal
- Working with contractors to assess their needs and requirements for each design
Your Experience:
- Knowledge of the construction industry standards and regulation
- Proven experience with a contractor or similar role is required
