A leading construction business are expanding their team and looking for a Design Coordinator who will work on a range of different projects within the Commercial, Retail, Residential and Education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing standard details and specifications for each project
  • Supporting with the design process from tender through to completion
  • Documentation control and ensuring all designs are compliant
  • A background in architecture or architectural technology would be a bonus
  • Coordinating and preparing designs for submittal
  • Working with contractors to assess their needs and requirements for each design

Your Experience:

  • Knowledge of the construction industry standards and regulation
  • Proven experience with a contractor or similar role is required
