Maintenance Electrician Essex
My client is currently recruiting a maintenance electrician to join an established team in Essex. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical with 18thedition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Health
Duties will include all ppm's and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, single and 3 phase, riser inspections, emergency lighting, reactive maintenance, working with sub contractors, general permit to works, general paperwork, working with the maintenance team.
Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary is 40K, plus call out (paid on call and called out) 1 in 4, overtime and company benefits.
