Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm & Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30.
£34,000 to £38,000 per annum
Our client is a successful family run independent garage located in Wickford, Essex.
As a company they operate a with a relaxed atmosphere within the workshop where everyone helps out and works well together, they have a very good customer following are popular with their customers in the surrounding area.
The role of MOT Tester will be to only perform MOT’s as per VOSA standard throughout the working day, working with approx. 2000 MOTs annually.
Must have min. Level 3 NQV - Automotive qualification.
The ideal candidate will meet the eligibility criteria set by the DVSA as well as pass a recognised level 3 pre-entry qualification. Next you will have to pass the Award in MOT Testing and then finally pass a VT8 demo MOT test observed by the DVSA if you have not done so already!!

• Competitive Salary up to £38,000 basic p.a.

• Contract: Full Time, Permanent (PAYE).
• Essential to have: UK Right to Work & Full UK Driving Licence.
Relevant Skills Set Required for this role is a full UK driving licence and a current DVSA Class-4 MOT Tester qualification so you would be able to carry out MOT’s from day one!
