Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation in Wickford, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing and managing sales orders via SAGE
  • Preparing quotes and sales orders within agreed deadlines
  • Maintain and update customer records to support effective account management via email and phone
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical advice as needed and resolving customer enquiries satisfactorily, conducting follow up calls as necessary
  • Administration support to the sales team, scheduling, correspondence and document management, managing email inboxes efficiently
  • Utilising SAGE and CRM software to manage customer information, track sales activities and performance, and support sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
