Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Trade Counter Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Wickford, Essex.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Key Benefits on offer:
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday's

Your responsibilities include:
- Given mentoring and support/training, duties will ultimately include:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries daily.
- Serving customers in a busy trade counter environment - Face to face.
- Monitor & answer email enquiries received and carrying out administrative duties to assist the trade counter manager.
- Using cutting machine it cut smaller, fiddly products to a bespoke spec.
- Picking and Packing items for customers and taking payments / entering information onto inhouse system.
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Be able to organise and multitask.
- Good computer skills.
- Good, clear telephone manner.
- Good time management skills.
- GCSE English & Maths obtained.
- Driver with own transport is desirable .
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook confidently.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and new trade.
- Customer facing work experience is essential for the role.
- Willing to learn new, hands-on skills using cutting and programming machines with training.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK
