Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating more complex problems to 2nd line support when necessary
  • Assist with setting up and configuring user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones
  • Manage and maintain the IT helpdesk, ensuring tickets are logged, prioritised, and resolved within SLAs
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the business
  • Document issues and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base for internal use
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • A strong interest in a career in IT and the willingness to learn new skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
