- Raise purchase orders and allocate fleet numbers for new stock via our CRM system.
- Process invoices for fleet purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt.
- Verify and authorise asset sales and disposals.
- Manage cabin maintenance schedules, inventories, and certifications with precision.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across the fleet.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Oversee inventory for cabin equipment and materials, managing orders when necessary.
- Monitor fleet performance through software tools and prepare insightful reports.
- Support budgeting for maintenance and operational expenses.
- Address cabin-related operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Experienced in fleet administration, logistics, or a similar field.
- Proficient with fleet management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptionally organized with strong multitasking skills.
- A great communicator and team player.
- Knowledgeable about industry health and safety regulations (preferred).
