As a Cabin Fleet Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client’s cabin fleet. From compliance management to inventory oversight, you’ll be at the heart of operations, making sure everything runs efficiently and meets the highest standards.Main Duties:
  • Raise purchase orders and allocate fleet numbers for new stock via our CRM system.
  • Process invoices for fleet purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt.
  • Verify and authorise asset sales and disposals.
  • Manage cabin maintenance schedules, inventories, and certifications with precision.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across the fleet.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Oversee inventory for cabin equipment and materials, managing orders when necessary.
  • Monitor fleet performance through software tools and prepare insightful reports.
  • Support budgeting for maintenance and operational expenses.
  • Address cabin-related operational issues promptly and effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Experienced in fleet administration, logistics, or a similar field.
  • Proficient with fleet management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptionally organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • A great communicator and team player.
  • Knowledgeable about industry health and safety regulations (preferred).
  • Stock Control experience
  • Great problem solver
