Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Essex

My client is currently recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer for a commercial health property in Essex. You will have your city and gilds, nvq or equivalent in plumbing or mechanical with a proven track record in commercial maintenance, as well as be able to pass a DBS check.

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, including plants checks on boilers, backup generators, pumps, motors, general pipework, ahu and fan coil maintenance, tmv checks, water heaters checks and general maintenance duties, escorting sub-contractors and general paperwork.

Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary is 35-40K depending on skills set, with overtime, call out and company benefits.
