I'm working with a great business based in Wickford looking for a part time Accounts Assistant. Ideally the role would be (phone number removed)pm but could be flexibiity around this.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Running of daily invoices & monthly statements
- Taking customer telephone calls and solving queries such as missing invoices & payment queries
- Taking and processing customer payments, inputting receipts onto customer accounts
- All aspects of credit control including chasing overdue payments by telephone, documenting accurate information on agreements and re-payment schedules
- Raising credit notes
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing staff expenses and credit cards
- Processing and reconciling petty cash expenditures
- Providing general all-round support in all areas of accounts administration
Knowledge & Skills will include:
- Previous accounts administration experience preferred
- Speaking over the telephone & making calls to provide a high level of customer support
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a varied and challenging role
