A leading construction business are expanding their team and looking for a Buyer from the Construction Industry

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Sourcing and producing a wide range of materials for various projects in the Commercial, Retail, Residential and Education sector.

This role will give you the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects

Build, maintain and improve supplier relationships
Identify new supplier opportunities
Negotiate pricing, terms and products
Manage the supply chain to ensure all materials are delivered to site
Work closely with the Projects team to ensure they have all the correct materials to complete each project in the time frame
Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor and assess material quality
Ad-hoc duties

Your Experience

Experience in a Buying or Procurement role within the Construction Industry
Experience with supplier management and negotiation skills
