Sonic Summary

We are currently looking for a Goods-in operative for our client, with responsibilities including loading and unloading vehicles, checking deliveries, and stock movement.
Candidates should ideally have previous warehouse experience, though it is not essential, and must be able to lift heavy materials daily.
A Counterbalance Truck Licence is advantageous but not required, and attention to detail along with good communication skills is necessary.
The position requires reliable, flexible, and trustworthy individuals, with a full driving licence being an added benefit.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience.

We are currently seeking a Goods-in operative for our Client.

Key responsibilities will include:

Loading & Unloading of vehicles using forklift, pump-truck & hand

Checking receipt of deliveries against all relevant paperwork

Identifying & reporting incorrect deliveries and damages

Movement of stock from the goods-in area to overstocks, picking/packing

Stock replenishments

General warehouse maintenance

Knowledge & Skills will include:

Counterbalance Truck Licence would be advantageous but not essential

Attention to detail & good communication skills

Ability to prioritise workload

Knowledge of H&S & Warehouse procedures

Full driving licence would be advantageous but not essential
