Search have partnered with a family-run, multi-million turnover business are looking for someone who has an accounts background, but also ability to pick up ad hoc administrative duties alongside. This is an exciting opportunity where no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Processing purchase Ledger invoices
* Matching and coding supplier invoices
* Supplier queries
* Raising sales ledger invoices onto Sage
* Reconciliation of Supplier statements.
* Dealing with payment runs on a weekly basis.
* Credit Control duties including chasing overdue payments
* Filing of accounts paperwork.
* Ad hoc duties including; reception, telephone queries, booking holidays, filing
Skills required:
* Accounts/Administration background happy with variety in the position
* Sage Line 50 systems (desirable not essential)
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
* Good communication skills
