Accountable Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Assistant Financial Accountant to join our client. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial accounting, looking to further their career in a market-leading and growing business. Key duties to include:

Balance sheet reconciliations
Cash flow reporting
Supporting with Year End accounts & Statutory accounts
Liaising with external advisors and auditors - key contact
Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany balances monthly
Maintain and update fixed asset registers, ensuring correct depreciation

Experience required:

Experience as Assistant Accountant / Financial Accountant
Studying towards ACCA / ACA ideally
Good technical knowledge & strong understanding of Accounting principles
Attention to detail
Eager to develop and progress in a supportive environment with plenty of opportunity!
