FP&A Analyst

Widnes/Hybrid

Up to £45,000 + study support

We're on the hunt for an FP&A Analyst who's commercially savvy and loves getting into the numbers to help drive smart business decisions. You'll be reporting to the Global FP&A Director and working closely with our sales and commercial teams-sharing insights that actually move the needle.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be a true business partner-helping to boost margins, spot risks, and support smart decisions.

  • Team up with different departments to make sure financial goals match our big-picture strategy.

  • Build solid relationships across the business and be that go-to person for financial advice.

  • Keep things transparent by delivering clear, accurate analysis and reporting.

  • Own the rolling 3-month forecast updates and keep things fresh weekly.

  • Play a key part in the annual budgeting process.

  • Dive into variances and explain the "why" behind the numbers.

  • Review monthly performance and help guide the commercial teams with sharp insights.

  • Turn complex data into simple, clear recommendations that people can actually use.

  • Pull together reports for senior leadership that really tell the story.

  • Sort through big chunks of data and break it down into bite-sized, useful insights.

  • Take initiative to come up with new ways to look at the numbers and help drive growth.

  • Jump in on other FP&A tasks and support the Director when needed.

What We're Looking For:

You might be AAT qualified or currently studying CIMA or ACCA- they are happy to support your development and studies. More than anything, they want someone who's curious, confident, and ready to get stuck in. You should be great with people, know your way around Excel like a pro, and be able to turn data into something that actually drives decisions. A commercial brain, proactive mindset, and solid time management skills are all key.
