Our client is a leading manufacturer in the specialty chemicals sector, supplying a range of industries including coatings, plastics, and oil & gas.

Role Overview:

As the Site Services / Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the site’s facilities. You will manage external contractors, oversee maintenance schedules, and ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of site facilities, including utilities, maintenance, and security.

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of site services and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Support site projects and initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades and sustainability programs.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site services and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a facilities management or site services role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Experience managing contractors and service agreements.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.

  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
