As a Clinical Unit Manager, you'll:

  • Oversee a specific part of the care home.
  • Deliver top-notch care to residents.
  • Step in for the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager when needed.
  • Report on residents' health issues and needs.
  • Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
  • Mentor and support colleagues and students.
  • Advocate for person-centred care.
  • Recognise and report any safeguarding concerns.

The ideal Clinical Unit Manager will:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

  • Be dedicated to professional standards and continuous learning.
