As a Clinical Unit Manager, you'll:
- Oversee a specific part of the care home.
- Deliver top-notch care to residents.
- Step in for the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager when needed.
- Report on residents' health issues and needs.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Mentor and support colleagues and students.
- Advocate for person-centred care.
- Recognise and report any safeguarding concerns.
