We’re looking for a Plant Operator to join our team! If you’re hardworking, a team player, and have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating sections of the production line, ensuring smooth running and quality control
  • Carrying out observations, tests, and assessments to maintain product standards
  • Removing and replacing sub-standard products
  • Replenishing packaging materials
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks
  • Cleaning down equipment at the end of production
  • Completing basic paperwork (quality control forms, production records, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A good team player with strong communication skills
  • A keen work ethic and attention to detail
  • A current FLT licence (beneficial but not essential)
  • Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling, working at heights, and using hand tools
  • Willingness to wear PPE, including respiratory protective equipment when required
  • Basic numeracy and legible handwriting for documentation
