As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
Your new role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, product samples, and sales support materials.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to National Account Managers.
  • Manage UK/Export prices and maintain sales forecasting templates.
  • Participate in admin support for new product launches.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with market research and attend client meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Support/Administration environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Methodical and organised approach, even under pressure.
  • A desire to improve and develop a career in sales.
  • A full driving licence.
