Description

As the HR Advisor, you will report to the MD and take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Implement and maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support current and future business needs through employee engagement and development.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • support on all Employee Relations issues, up to and including dismissal
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD, Ideally level 5
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedure
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting and leading on complex ER issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
