Continuous Improvement Manager
Widnes, Northwest
£45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible hours
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will drive the Projects and service delivery function forward, constantly striving to make things better for internal customers whilst implementing more cost-effective solutions for the business by automating, deflecting, or eliminating interactions clearly demonstrating the continuous improvement principles.

The Candidate;
- Previous experience with the SDLC
- 5+ years Project Management
- Project Management experience working in consultancy, startups etc
Desirable:
- Power BI
- Microsoft Dynamix
- APM
- ITIL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with the CEO, Board & SLT ensuring clear deliverables and transparency of challenges across functions (from a technical standpoint)
- Lead and execute programs to simplify and match the organizational systems with the importance of stakeholders.
- To remove blockers
- Accountable for shaping the organization's approach to continuous improvement through the development of a business specific CI framework, tools and methodologies
- Ensure practical application & learning is embedded across functions
- Align with wider IT strategy to ensure cohesion
- Ensure business system resiliency
- Management of external suppliers and the exploration of new developments from those sources
- Drive team continuous learning cycle
