The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on several electrical areas within a chemical manufacturing environment, within a dedicated PPM schedule. The ideal candidates will come from a manufacturing background, ideally with chemical manufacturing knowledge, you will ideally have experience of EC&I systems, together with installations, CMMS, calibrations, temperature controls, projects, all as part of a process driven arena and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with an electrical or instrumentation background, and the ability to work on automated systems. You will also be potentially involved in general mechanical work such as conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes other manufacturing process machinery.
