Your Role:- Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to Year 1 students.
- Fostering Confidence: Encourage curiosity and build confidence in young learners.
- Student Development: Assess and track student progress to support their academic and social development.
- Collaborative Learning: Work closely with teaching assistants and staff to maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
- Parent Communication: Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Key Stage 1 experience preferred, particularly in Year 1.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two references from the last five years, including one safeguarding reference.
