SEN Teaching Assistant - Wade Deacon High School
The Supply Register are proud to be working in partnership with Wade Deacon High School via the Wade Deacon Multi Academy Trust. TSR support the Trust and all locations within the Multi-Academy Trust with their staffing and recruitment needs. This particular vacancy is for multiple SEN TA's to start in September 2024 and continue for the academic year. Within this role, you will be supporting pupils who have additional and behavioural needs. This is a long-term vacancy, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis.
- Liaising with other staff members to discuss how best to approach working with pupils.
- Reading and updating progress plans and EHCPs to ensure the pupil's needs are met.
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 in a relevant childcare qualification.
- DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
- Available to work at school 5 days per week.
